What you pay for, and when it comes back.

What you pay for

Making your portrait, reading introductions and messaging someone who chose to meet you too are free. The only thing you pay for is a reveal: choosing to meet someone, which shows you their name, photos and full report. A reveal costs $9.99, or 3 for $24.99, or 5 for $39.99, plus any sales tax shown before you pay. These are one-time purchases. There is no subscription, no free trial that turns into a charge, and nothing renews automatically.

The automatic credit-back

7 days after you spend a reveal, we check whether it became a conversation, meaning at least one message from each of you. If it didn’t, because they never chose to meet or never wrote, one reveal credit is added back to your account automatically and we email you. If they say not for me, unmatch or report before you’ve both written, it comes back right away. If you unmatch them yourself, it doesn’t. Reporting someone never costs you the reveal. It’s a credit for your next introduction, not a refund to your card.

Refunds to your card

A reveal is digital content delivered the moment you choose to meet, so purchases are final apart from the credit-back above, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or something went wrong with a payment, write to hello@veram.io. A person reads every request, and where a payment went wrong we refund it to the original payment method. Banks usually show a refund within 5 to 10 business days.

Unused credits

If you live in Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island or Wisconsin, your state gives you three business days to cancel a purchase and get all of it back, even if you used reveals from it. Your receipt email and your reveals show the last day, and Cancel purchase is right there. In these states you can also ask for a refund of unused reveals if you move away, can’t use Veram because of a disability, or get no new introductions for two months in a row. The details are in our terms.

Reveal credits have no cash value and don’t expire while your account is open. They end if you delete your account or if we close it for breaking our terms.

Chargebacks

Please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank; it is almost always faster. If a valid charge is disputed, we may pause reveals on the account until the dispute is resolved.
