The deal between you and Veram.

Effective 10 September 2026. Veram is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. By using veram.io you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

1. Who can use Veram

You must be 18 or older, and using Veram for yourself. One account per person. You are responsible for what you submit and for keeping your sign-in email secure.

2. What Veram is

Veram builds a profile of you from a portrait written by your own AI assistant, shows it to you to check, and, when introductions launch, introduces you to people who fit. Introductions require a mutual match and both people agreeing. Nothing is public.

3. Your content

The portrait text and your answers are yours. You give us permission to process them to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. Submit only text about yourself. Do not submit portraits of other people, content you do not have the right to share, or anything unlawful, harassing, or deceptive.

4. Honesty

Profiles are built from your real words. Do not impersonate anyone, fabricate a portrait, or create an account to deceive, harass, or harm someone. We may suspend or delete accounts that break this, and we may report unlawful behaviour.

5. The founding 20,000

Creating a profile is free. The first 20,000 people to keep a portrait get their first introduction free and a locked founding price on later ones. Introductions after that are paid per reveal at the price shown at the time. If an introduction leads to no conversation within seven days, the reveal is credited back automatically.

6. Safety

Meet people the way you would from anywhere else: in public, telling someone where you are. We do not run background checks. Report anyone who makes you uncomfortable to hello@veram.io; we act on reports.

7. Our promises and their limits

We will run the service with care, keep your data as the privacy policy says, and tell you about material changes. Veram is provided as is: we do not promise a match, a date, or that any profile is accurate — the AI can be wrong, which is why you check it. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for consumers in the EU and UK.

8. Ending things

You can delete your account at any time by writing to hello@veram.io; deletion removes your profile, answers, and preferences. We can end or suspend access for breach of these terms, with notice where the law requires it.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW]. Consumers in the EU and UK keep the protections of their local law and may bring claims locally. [DISPUTE RESOLUTION CLAUSE, IF ANY].

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with its effective date and email account holders about material changes at least 14 days before they apply.
